Taste: Good fruit flavor. Nice and strong mineral character throughout. Smooth finish.
Summary: I really liked the flavors and soft body of this wine. Smooth and round with lots of good mineral twang.
This wine is not just good, its a superb accompaniment to seafood. Sushi, forget about it…this is a killer wine to go along with sushi. An easy to like wine. Serve very chilled!
