Taste: Medium to dense body. Nice tanginess without too much sweetness. You can really taste the chardonnay fruit in every sip.
Summary: This wine is touted as a sweet wine aperitif but I think its a better digestif. I had a spicy meal and I thought this might help with the discomfort I was feeling from eating too much of a good thing. Sure enough, this wine was like water for chocolate to close out my meal. I’m not normally a sweet wine guy, but this sweet wine is not that sweet. I can live with that.
