Color: Dark red- violet
Nose: Cherries, leather, and earth
Taste: Big full body, very round in mouth. Good acidity. Smooth throughout. Wish it had a bit more fruit on the palate, found it a bit flat on the flavor side.
Summary: This wine makes a good accompaniment to grilled meats and stews. Its not my idea of a fine-sippin cab if you know what I mean, but if you blew your dinner budget on the steak, this is good value to go along with that fine piece of meat. A decent cab at a pretty good price…long legs too…can you tell?
