Nose: A nose-full of cassis and a hint of vanilla
Taste: Thin bodied with a hint of spice. The acid content throws off what would have been a mediocre wine at best. Taste is sub-par.
Summary: This Cab is really a one trick pony. A nose full of cassis is nothing to write home about. Especially since I’m not big on cassis. This Cab needs to go back to the drawing room. Skip it.
