Color: Deep red purplish
Nose: Cassis, mint, and blackberries
Taste: Full bodied and rich. Astringent tannins that over the course of devouring this bottle evaporated. Notes of berries with a long finish. Very tasty.
Summary: I think this wine will store very nicely for a couple of years. Some of the tannins which at first seemed strong will no doubt be aged out of the picture in a year or two. This is Cabernet’s Cab. Balanced, full bodied, complex, and good cellaring potential.
