Color: Deep violet red
Nose: Blackberries and plums
Taste: Very juicy. Lush with ripe berry flavors and a little black pepper. Silky tannins.
Summary: A smooth drinking medium bodied red with plenty of Malbec fruit flavor. A good deal at this price. Casillero del Diablo almost always delivers a good wine in the $10 and under category. It hits the mark again here.
Product of Chile’s Rapel Valley.
