Casillero del Diablo 2010 Pinot Noir

Casillero del Diablo 2010 Pinot Noir

Price: Around $8

Rating: ★★★½☆

Color: Ruby with violet hues

Nose: Clean fresh strawberries, dried red roses, and cedar

Taste: Dry and medium density. Ripe red strawberries and cherry flavors. Tangy finish.

Summary: Pinot Noir is not the easiest grape to grow, Concha y Toro has the process down tight to be able to offer good Pinot Noir fruit flavor at this price range.

By the way, I had this Pinot Noir with a tuna salad sandwich and fries and I liked it! Sacré bleu!

Product of Chile’s Casablanca valley.
