Price: Around $65
Rating:

Color: Ruby red with violet highights
Nose: Cherries and vanilla
Taste: Medium bodied with good fruit flavor. Acidity is very present on the palate but the finish is nice and lingers a good long time.
Summary: Like sticking your nose in a large bowl of ripe cherries, that’s the first impression of its nose. Then you swirl some more and sweet vanilla fills your senses. Very aromatic. The taste experience left me with the clear idea that this wine needs to sit for another 2-3 years. The potential is there but the flavor is tight. It needs to break down some more and reach a more mellow point. Great for cellaring. 3.5 stars today, 4.5 in three years from now!
Product of Chile’s Casablanca Valley.

Thanks for sharing the experienece with us. This brand is really producing some great Pinot Noir lately. Their Vision Pinot Noir line is also very nice. The price point on the Ocio is a bit steep for me right now. But would love to try it.
Thanks for your comment DC. I agree with you on both points. Good stuff. And in the case of Ocio, the price point is too high.
