Rating:

Color: Dark red-purple
Nose: Plums and black cherries
Taste: Good tannin structure. Strong black fruit flavor. A tad bitter on the finish.
Summary: This wine has a ten year cellaring potential and I believe this wine will be at its peak around 2015-2016. Single vineyeard fruit, harvested at the right time, add 14 months of French oak time and you’ve got all the ingredients for a splendid wine in time, however today is not its day.
The blend consists of 66% Malbec and 34% Carmenere. Originates from Chile’s Cachapoal valley.
