Color: Deep Red-Violet
Nose: Spicy and flowery
Taste: Medium bodied and slightly tart at first taste. Inky, silky and smoky as it goes past my first set of taste sensors.
Summary: Nice and smoky. Long finish. Flavors really opened up after aerating for half an hour. A nice Syrah at the price.
It has a 14% alcohol content and is a good accompaniment to meat dishes.
Falernia Syrah Reserva is harvested and produced in Falernia’s facilities in Chile’s Elqui valley.
