Nose: Intense berries
Taste: Medium bodied. Peppery. Very dry, almost a bit harsh. I’ll admit, I may not have let this wine breathe enough, but still a bit green for my palate.
Summary: Its not too bad. With a little more aeration, you’ve got a nice, though somewhat simple cab. Nothing too dressy, but drinkable.
