Nose: Complex with strong fruity leaning to cherry…..
Taste: A little dryness but just enough. Leans to the acidic side.
Summary: I expected this cab to reap the benefits of being aerated for a good hour in my glass prior to drinking. Unfortunately, I don’t think this wine ever let out its full aroma and flavor. At least not to me and nor my glass.
I like the strong fruit aromas and deep flavor but it did lean a bit more than I prefer to the acidic side. Not bad but not that good either.
