Price: Around $12
Color: Pale Yellow
Nose: Nectarines and floral notes
Taste: Very crisp mineral body. A passing sweet undertone with a beautiful acidity throughout.
Summary: I only like Rieslings like this. Dry, crisp, good acidity, and mineral. Did I just get all I like in a Riesling for $12? I did.
For those not familiar with dry Rieslings, they are the almost perfect seafood accompaniment. Next time your making fish or picking up some sushi, pick up a dry Riesling and chill it.
