Taste: A very young tasting wine. Not balanced on the palate.
Summary: The sun was out in the late afternoon and I was looking forward to a crisp, chilled, tropical tasting blanc as a preview to many more summer evenings like it…but no… This stainless-steel fermented blanc had nothing going for it. No depth whatsover.
Skip it, there are much better sauvignon blancs out there, for less dough.
