Color: Clear pale with slight greenish hue
Nose: Floral
Taste: Delicate with a touch of green apple and citrus. Crispy, smooth with nice mineral undertones.
Summary: This was a really nice Gewurztraminer. It has an elegant feel in the mouth. Soft, delicate, tasty, fruity but not sweet, with nice acidity. Great with cheeses, or as a stand alone aperitif.
Product of Chile’s Bio Bio valley which is perfect as this variety does especially well in cooler regions such as this.
