Color: Very pale yellow
Nose: Pineapple and melon
Taste: Very soft on the palate and round. Â Gentle fruit flavor. Â Good acidity.
Summary: I was taken aback by the softness of this wine. Â Its long on the finish and very smooth, missing some of that citric acidity that often accompanies some chardonnays. Â I like it. Â I like it even more at $7. Â Today was another 100 degree day in southern california, and so my search for great Chilean summer wines continues.
Oh, and if you had not been able to tell up to this point, I’m a terrible photographer!
