Price: Around $17
Rating:
Color: Pale yellow with gold hues
Nose: Tropical fruit, banana, pears, green apple, vanilla and honey dew mellon
Taste: Crisp tang with an almost sparkly acidity. Medium bodied with citrus fruit and green apple on the palate. Long smooth finish.
Summary: A rich, complex chardonnay that makes the most of its time in oak without going overboard. After 2 plus years this wine is perfect to drink. A little minerality in a chardonnay is a beautiful thing.
Product of Chile’s Leyda Valley.
