Summary: You’ve gotta pair this wine with the right food. I had it with spicy Indian, and it was GREAT! So good it warranted the use of all capital letters.
The curry and spiciness of the dish was well complemented by the Amplus. It’s refreshing character also helped in taming the dish’s heat factor.
This wine would go great with some spicy scallops over pasta or rice!
