Color: Pale yellow
Nose: Tropical and citrus fruit
Taste: A slight tinge of oak, though I doubt it ever spent time in a wooden cask of any sort. It has a nice balance of acidity, fruit flavors, and that “oak” thing. Light bodied.
Summary: I started shopping at Trader Joe’s way back when. They have always carried great deals on wines, especially Chilean wines, though their selection is fairly limited. This is a great value in a light chardonnay. Perfect light summer wine with salads, seafood, or crackers and cheese!
You can’t really go wrong with this one.
