Color: Deep ruby-garnet
Nose: Cherries, raspberries, black pepper and cedar
Taste: Dry, with a medium body. Black fruit with notes of black pepper, vanilla and earth on the palate. Tannins present and pleasant. Nice acidity with smooth finish.
Summary: This wine shows some good cellaring potential though it makes for a tasty sipper in 2012. Good complexity, all aspects in balance make for a good value Syrah at this price.
