Price: Around $13
Color: Very pale yellow with greenish hue
Nose: Fresh cut grass, white flowers, and a tiny hint of peach
Taste: Dry, light and crisp. Soft and creamy. Citrus fruit on the palate with acidity to spare and a long finish.
Summary: This was the first wine tasted at last night’s Wines of Chile Blogger tasting. Out of the three whites tasted, this was the clear favorite. All the qualities we look for in a good SB and in good balance. Quality to Price Ratio is excellent.
Product of Chile’s Casablanca Valley.
