William Cole Albamar 2010 Sauvignon Blanc

by Boris at Chilean-Wine.com on September 26, 2010

Price: Around $11

Color: Pale yellow

Nose: Pineapple, peach and apricots

Taste: Good acidity upfront.  Citrus and pear flavors.  Clean on the palate.  Long finish.

Summary: This sauvignon blanc has plenty of good acidity to accompany any fish or seafood dishes you can think of pairing it with.  This very seafood-capable wine originates from Chile’s Casablanca valley.   This wine is gonna go great with ceviche.
