Wine Tour Terms and Conditions

All our tours include:

A guide specialized in wines who speaks Spanish, English, French, or German.

Hotels and carefully-selected restaurants.

Winery lunches are organized with a minimum of 10 visitors.

Special programs may be designed according to special interests, incorporating activities such as Golf, Fly Fishing, Skiing, and Cruises.


Reservation Terms and Conditions:

The company shall not be responsible for customer delays or tardiness.
All extra expenses shall be paid by customers and are not the responsibility of the company.

Programs must be paid 15 days in advance.

Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to tour will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before tour are non-refundable.

Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. Chilean-Wine will issue a PayPal invoice which can be paid via credit or debit card. Chilean-Wine is a PayPal Verified Vendor. PayPal’s verification process increases security when you pay parties you do not know and the PayPal Purchase Protection plan provides peace of mind for purchasers.
