Price: Around $6
Rating:

Color: Purple
Nose: Clean and aromatic with blackberries and chocolate.
Taste: Medium bodied, dry, with low acidity and tame tannins. Silky with a medium finish.
Summary: As expected at this price point this wine is not overly complex but it has very good Carmenere fruit flavor along with an interesting nose.
It’s tasty, low priced and ready to drink now. No wonder Concha y Toro is growing like weeds.
Product of Chile’s Central Valley.

I have the privilege to live in High Maipo Valley in Southeast Santiago de Chile, a few steps far from Viña Cousiño Macul HQ, as well as close to Concha Y Toro’s main wineyards.
Best regards, dear friends of Chilean wine, everywhere you live,
